    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
    Please note that if the item is in the same condition after inspection, we will proceed with the exchange. However, the price difference and courier charges for both sides will need to be paid.

     

    Returns Policy
    At Kherajani Computers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’ve made it easy to return items, with just a few simple guidelines to follow.

    Is my product eligible for return?
    We offer returns on most products, unless specifically noted on the product page. Some items, like custom-built PCs (due to the assembly process), are not eligible for returns. However, we always strive to assist with any issues you might have.

    Eligibility Criteria for Returns
    If you decide to return your purchase, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

    1. The product must be sealed, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
    2. If the product has been used, the original packaging has been opened, or the product’s seal removed, we will not accept the return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    3. If the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, we require the original box, any information booklets, and accessories to be returned with the item.

    How to Request a Return?
    If your item is eligible for a return, you can easily raise a return request through your Order History page on your Kherajani Computers account. Our team will contact you within 24 hours for claim validation. After confirmation, we’ll arrange for a courier to collect the return from you.

    14-Day Return Window
    We offer a 14-day return window starting from the delivery date of your order. Returns must be made within this period, and the product must meet the conditions above to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Cancelling an Order
    You may cancel your order directly from your account page. If the cancellation option is not available, please reach out to us via phone, email, or live chat, and we will assist you promptly. Let us know why you wish to cancel – we appreciate your feedback to help us improve our service.

    Refund Process
    Once your return is accepted and processed, we aim to complete the refund within 2-4 working days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, and depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

    Return Costs
    If the return is due to a change of mind or reasons not related to a faulty or incorrect item, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, as well as any applicable import fees and duties.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
