- Super Secure Installation Neewer CA007 Top Handle Grip can mount on a camera cage through the 3/8" screw and ARRI locating pins, with a maximum load capacity of 22lb/10kg. An L shaped hex key accessory is supplied to help you further tighten the screw for exceptional security. Compatible with cages with standard ARRI Locating holes. Compatible with SmallRig rigs and small rig cages
